Replacing a leaking toilet, involving ripping
out saturated flooring, I cracked the weld
on the joint for the supply line.
The problem was compounded by the
supply shut off valve failing.
7pm on a Saturday, Dan was available
and replaced the connection and supply line.
I thought my woes were over,
next day water was all over
the basement floor.
Dan was there in a flash, to find that old plumbing in the house had not been
capped properly.
When the neighbor remodeled and tied
into the old stack, their clogged drain
shot water out the drain pipe into
the basement ceiling. He had it capped in a matter of minutes. No one else answered that call.
